1. Finance Associate
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconciles daily transactions
- Track day to day purchase orders and margins
- Track monthly financial performance of the business against forecast and budget
- Develop standard of procedures to ensure internal controls are in place and compliant with regulatory laws and regulations for financial, statutory, audit and tax requirements
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and year end reporting and timely submission to external statutory bodies, eg. tax filings, GST filing, preparation of financial statements and etc
- Conduct monthly financial analysis to highlight risks/issues and influence business decisions to drive long-term value creation
- Other financial ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Degree in accountancy, CA (preferred) with 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ecommerce experience is a plus!
2. Class 3/3A Drivers
Responsibilities:
- Pick up goods, stock take and organise goods in an orderly manner
- Ensure goods are properly secured to prevent damage
- Assist in mapping delivery routes
- Ensure timely deliveries and communicate effectively with customers and/or suppliers as needed
- Comply with traffic laws and drive safely!
Requirements:
- Valid Class 3/3A driver's license
- Possess own vehicle
- Clean driving records
- An innate sense of direction
- Ability to read and speak basic English
